Centro di Cultura Scientifica Alessandro Volta (Center for Scientific Culture Alessandro Volta — aka Centro Volta) is a non profit association, located in Como, Italy.
The mission of the Center is to promote and to support scientific activities on the territory of Como, as well as to foster the application of scientific knowledge to the analysis and solution of pressing social, economic, and cultural needs.
The Center has been incorporated in 1983 by five local Public Administrations:
